We ship a set of international destinations at checkout. Duties, VAT, and brokerage are the buyer’s unless the carrier collects them at delivery. Delivery windows are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns from outside the U.S. need written approval first so we can advise on paperwork. Original shipping and duties are not refunded. Email info@pranasa.xin before you post a parcel back.
