Shipping

U.S. orders currently ship free with no minimum. You will receive a tracking note when the carton leaves. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier scans the parcel.

Returns

You generally have 30 days from delivery to send back unworn, unwashed product with tags attached. Sale items follow the same window unless the listing says final sale. Start a return from your account or email info@pranasa.xin.

Exchanges

Size and color exchanges are offered when stock remains. If the new size is not in stock we refund the original payment method.

International orders may have different windows and may not include prepaid labels. Duties paid at the border are not refunded by us.
